I’m Tegan — a virtual assistant with a working‑class backbone and a creative heart. Before stepping into the online space, I spent years in roles that taught me how to care for people, communicate clearly, solve problems on the fly, and keep small businesses running smoothly. I’ve been a CNA, a receptionist, a retail manager, a cashier, a gas station attendant, and a direct sales rep. Every job sharpened a different skill: empathy, organization, customer connection, sales, and the ability to stay calm when everything feels urgent. Alongside that, I studied fashion design — the place where my love for creativity and craftsmanship really clicked. I understand the rhythm of making things by hand, the pressure of staying consistent online, and the challenge of balancing artistry with business.

Today, I bring all of that experience together to support small fashion brands and sewing creators. My work is grounded, human, and practical. I help designers stay visible, organized, and connected to their audience so they can focus on what they do best: creating beautiful things.
